When Will You Ship My Order?
Your order will usually ship the same day if it is placed by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. If placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends and holidays, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that this applies to orders of in-stock items only.Out of stock items are clearly noted in the item description.
Please note that when ordering on Friday (after 10:00 AM Eastern Time), Saturday, or Sunday, if you choose UPS Next Day as your shipping method, that your product(s) will be shipped the following Monday (next business day). When your order is delivered depends upon which shipping method you select. UPS Next Day orders will be delivered the afternoon of the next business day. UPS Ground orders are usually delivered within one to five business days (see map below), depending upon how far you live from us (Francesville, IN 47946). USPS Priority Mail normally takes two to three days (APO/FPO orders will take longer).
If you provided us with a valid e-mail address when you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after the order ships. That email will include a Tracking Number so that you can track your package(s) online and find out what day your package is scheduled to be delivered.

We will not charge your credit card until your order ships, but if you wish to cancel a backordered item, email us. Please include your name and order number, and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise.

How Much Will It Cost to Ship My Order?
Shipping costs depend upon the product ordered (weight), the destination (zip code) and the shipping method (we ship orders via UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail). On the Checkout page you will find a dropdown box that lists the shipping options and their respective costs. Choose the shipping option that you prefer from that list and the Checkout page will update to reflect your selection and the cost. All shipments to Post Office Boxes must be via USPS Priority Mail.

A case of microwave popcorn weighs from 8 to 13 pounds. The shipping weight of 5 pounds of popcorn is 6 lbs., the shipping weight of 10 lbs. is 11 lbs. and the 20 lbs shipping weight is 22 lbs.
